As you may see my design of frames is pretty unique and this is the case too. Here I have a nice 1992 Heavy Tools steel frame. First I removed old paint by sand-blasting. The frame was not damaged and therefore I didn`t need to fix it. I removed the brake cable stop because I decided to use V-brakes only and I repaired some small local issues here and there with the body.
I let painted the frame with filler & primer and so with the Volkswagen/Audi silver grey colour. All Heavy Tools decals are custom-made with a “pin-up girl” model. I made them all in unusual pink & grey non-classic Heavy Tools colour. All are under a lacquer finish.
